We also have a wide range of mobile maintenance crews who provide reactive emergency services. Our mobile crews can provide first line support for all emergency issues.

We have the technical and managerial expertise in-house to manage specialist contracts such as Lifts, Generators, Fire and Security Systems. Utilising these expertise we can ensure that our clients’ specifications are being met while also achieving cost savings for the client. We can also avail of our economy of scale, benchmarking and sophisticated management and CAFM systems to ensure value for money.

We supply building fabric maintenance support on an as needed basis or by the supply of full time General Operatives, Carpenters, Painters and any other backup building trades that are required. Our project managers can oversee anything from small works (Painting walls, erecting shelves) to the full project management and fit out of large offices, or installation of manufacturing lines. Also, several of our managers provide a full space planning service.
