Takeda Pharmaceuticals Clondalkin - Manufacturing & Commercial Offices

We were awarded the contract for the provision of FM consultancy and services through the design and build phase for their new Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) manufacturing facility plant in Clondalkin, Dublin. The facility is the first Takeda has constructed outside Japan. Vector staff is involved with the commissioning and validation of the plant at present ensuring its systems comply with GAMP 4. We have a full facilities management team onsite. Vector is responsible for preventative maintenance on both process and utility equipment including AHU's, reactors, centrifuges, dryers, mills, waste treatment, tank farm etc. On the utility side we are responsible for maintenance of steam boilers, compressors, autoclaves, heat transfer systems, electrical distribution. All maintenance carried out is in line with GMP requirements of the client, Takeda. Vector also manages soft services including Cleaning (to GMP requirements), vending, security, landscaping etc.
