We supply First Active with a comprehensive service that covers, not only their Dublin HQ, but also their full retail network. We manage this contract with a dedicated facilities manager as well as site teams of technical and building fabric operatives. We also support this contract with a large mobile maintenance team.
IIB Bank - Commercial Offices
Following an initial contract for FM consultancy for the fit out of their new offices IIB awarded us with the full FM contract for their head office. We have a manager and several operatives onsite and services we supply include M&E maintenance, EHS consultancy, reception, post room, cleaning etc.
