The Vector Help Desk also provides room booking software to clients.. The online Room Booking System maximises the usage of rooms and facilities within our clients’ portfolio by increasing efficiency by matching rooms to the booker’s requirements while also eliminating double bookings.

  • Availability of rooms are shown on the graphical timetable
  • The Administrator can select a type of room to book, based on size, capacity, layout, equipment, facilities and utilities available in the room.
  • Clients can view what bookings have been made in a specific room
  • All bookings are confirmed and logged to eliminate errors
  • Bookings can be printed out so the user will have details of their booking on paper
  • Fixed utilities can be associated with rooms, allowing the administrator to search for rooms with specific equipment
  • Floating utilities can be assigned to individual floors or entire buildings and booked in conjunction with rooms the most effective use of on-site utilities.
  • The system will track all bookings and cancellations for audit or review
  • Details of bookings can be emailed to registered users on the system
